Once they have collected the necessary information, the Customer Care Specialist will work for you to obtain any necessary paperwork from your Doctor and Insurance.

Once your doctor  has authorized the use of a mobility power wheelchair or mobility scooter, we will contact you so we can help you choose the mobility equipment that best fits your needs.
5-7 business days after approval, your equipment will be delivered to you and we will then bill your insurance company and do all the paperwork for you.
